'BroadPanel began with a heartfelt ambition: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Moretti household in 1985, we initiated as a quaint, family-oriented eatery with age-old recipes passed down from our ancestors.
Oliver Moretti, our pioneer, honed her pizza-making prowess while journeying across Italy, learning from seasoned pizzaiolos in Naples—considered the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she endeavored to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, employing classic techniques and unparalledled ingredients.
What started as a humble pizzeria with merely 12 chairs has flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem, but our pledge to superiority and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to utilize the traditional wood-burning oven methods, produce our dough from scratch every day, and elect the best produce available.
To this day, 'BroadPanel is maintained by the same family, with the succeeding lineage of the Moretti kin helming our devoted squad. Even though we've accepted some modern advancements, our core mission endures: to serve delectable, authentic pizza that unites folks.
