Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders canceled before preparation will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been prepared, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Refund for Faulty Products
If you believe the pizza or any other ordered item is not up to our usual standard or has a fault, please contact us immediately at +44 20 8858 3691. We will need the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- If possible, a photo of the faulty item
We will assess the issue and, if valid, offer a full refund or a replacement.
Incorrect Order

Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of confirming the reason for the refund. Once processed, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was canceled before preparation or was incorrect or faulty. Gift cards and promotional offers are also non-refundable.
